Self Defence Training

Marilyn sent out an email a couple of weeks ago about us starting a group lesson for those wanting to learn self defence. If you would like to be a part of this, whether it be to learn or share martial knowledge with those wanting to learn, please contact me directly on 0401277031 or see me on Tuesday nights during the meeting at CWA Hall in Batehaven. The plan is to share knowledge from a range of different styles. Content will range from basic self defence, to weapons training.

I will also be offering lessons solely in Wing Chun for those interested in learning it.
